In fairness to all participants, anyone arriving after 10 a.m. will need to be rescheduled to the next available course date.

PST works with each participant, on a case-by-case basis, to assist with scheduling issues; however below outlines our policy:

• No charge for canceling 3 business days prior to scheduled application course, 10 business days for technical course.
• Rescheduling or cancellation fee, within 3-business days for application courses, is billed in full of the initial course price. Cancellation fee, within 10-business days for technical courses, is billed in full of the initial course price. You may be rescheduled to the next course date;  however if unable to attend the next scheduled course date, monies will be non-refundable and you will not be able to reschedule without paying.
• Substitutions are allowed, and encouraged.

PST reserves the right to postpone or reschedule any course that does not meet minimum participant requirements.
