PST Cancellation Policy

In fairness to all students, anyone arriving after 10 a.m. will need to be rescheduled for another class date, (please see rescheduling fees listed below).

  • No charge for canceling more than 3 business days prior to scheduled course, 10 business days for technical courses.

  • Rescheduling or cancellation fee within 3-business days for application courses is billed at half of the course price.  Cancellation fee within 10-business days for technical courses is billed at half of the course price.

  • No Shows or Same Day Cancellations (those not canceling or rescheduling as of the close of business the day before) will be billed full price.  After having paid the full price for the class, you may take it on a future date for ½ the full price.

PST reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any classes that do not meet our minimum requirements

 

PST Payment Policy   

Payment is due at the time of registration and payable no later than the day of the course.  Other types of payment must be approved in advance.  For your convenience we accept VISA, MasterCard, IMPAC, and American Express.  We also accept checks, cash, money orders, purchase orders and 1556's for established clients.  Credit card purchases must be $100 or more.
