Cecelia Poplin has joined PST, Inc. as a Microsoft Office Instructor.  Cecelia is a certified Master Microsoft Office Specialist and is a certified Project Manager through American Management Association.   She formerly worked at Blackbaud, Inc. and brings with her many years of experience in Customer Service and computer applications.  Ms. Poplin is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Charleston Southern University with a degree in English.
