PST, Inc.

Ingrid Tugwell, President of PST, Inc. was  named PTA volunteer of the month at Springfield Elementary for December 2003.  Tugwell volunteers as a room-mother for her daughters Kindergarten class and as a helper for her sons second grade class.
   
Tugwell served as president of the board at Charles Towne Montessori School 1999-2001.
   
She also coaches two youth soccer and baseball teams, is an active member of James Island Baptist Church, and volunteers regularly for her community through the City of Charleston.
