Otap is a certified Microsoft office master. She formerly owned and managed DeLacy’s Office & Computer supplies in St. George.

She is an Auburn University graduate with a degree in applied mathematics specializing in industrial engineering and mathematical modeling.

She has 12 years experience in providing computer training and support.
