PST participated on November 13th
in a day with Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt where he spoke about innovative, yet
proven, approaches to managing projects. Dr. Goldratt is a highly sought
after international speaker, the best selling author of The Goal, and
considered to be the founder of the Theory of Constraints (TOC).
